Wilbur D. "Billy" Boulware, Jr., 75, of Ruther Glen, Virginia, departed this life on Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at the Bowling Green Healthcare Center. He was the son of the late Wilbur D. Boulware, Sr. and Flossie Wright Boulware.

Wilbur leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Ronald and Ricky Boulware of Ruther Glen and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, at St. John Baptist Church, 17080 South River Road, Woodford, Virginia 22580 with the Rev. W. G. Berryman delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, August 21, from noon to 8 p.m. at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc., 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427, and one hour before service on Saturday at the church.
