Victoria Baylor entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at her home.  Victoria was born on November 12, 1949, to the late Fred and Vivian Cleveland in St. Louis Missouri.

Victoria graduated from Vashon High School in St. Louis Missouri and later joined the United States Army in 1969, where she met and married Gene Baylor on June 3, 1971.  She worked and retired from Fort A.P. Hill as a food service worker.

Victoria was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.  She loved flowers and spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals.

She was preceded in death by four brothers; Richard Martin, Clifford Martin, Harold Martin and Jerome Cleveland and two sisters; Vivian Ali and Frances Moore.

She leaves cherished memories to her husband Gene Baylor of Bowling Green, Virginia, one daughter Deetris Horton of Richmond, Virginia, one grandchild, Paige Horton, one brother, Arthur Martin of Queens, New York, one sister Freda Stocking of St. Louis, Missouri, sister-in-law and devoted friend Frances Samuel (John) of Washington, D.C., close friends; Lola Moore of Columbia, South Carolina and Theresa H. Gaines of Cheverly Maryland, good friend and neighbor Barbara Pleasants of Bowling Green, Virginia and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A viewing will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on  Friday, February 25, 2022 at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc; 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427

Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the funeral home with a viewing one hour prior to the service.

Interment will be private.

Due to COVID 19 , a mask or face covering will be required.
