Sally F. Boulware was born September  5, 1939 in Caroline County, Virginia to the late Fred Douglas Martin and Ossie Virginia Miller Martin. Sally was raised with her eight siblings in Bowling Green, Virginia. She received her formal education through the Caroline County school system . She joined Shiloh Baptist Church in Bowling Green, Virginia at an early age.

She loved her family and loved to laugh. She brought joy to the hearts of everyone she met.

Sally was preceded in death by her one and true love, her beloved husband, Webb Boulware fondly known by "Dickie" who  she deeply missed. She was also  preceded her in death by her siblings; Willie, George, Gladys, Eula, Ossie and Lenora all whom she cherished.

Sally leaves cherished memories to her two sons; Kenneth W. Boulware of Richmond, Virginia and David T. Boulware and his wife Mary Annette of Spostylvania, Virginia; two grandchildren, David "Jermaine" Boulware (fiance' Shenia Mercer) and DeAndra Boulware; three great grandchildren; Jailyn, Nadiya and Aaliyah; two loving sisters, Mrs. Susie Woolfolk of Bowling Green, Virginia and Mrs. Shirley Boulware of Ruther Glen, Virginia; three devoted sisters in law, Louise Gray of Woodford, Virginia and Barbara Boulware of Ruther Glen, Virginia and Lucille Martin of Bowling Green, Virginia; three devoted brothers in law Ryland "Nunnie" Boulware , Linwood Boulware and Jack Boulware all of Ruther Glen, Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A viewing will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 31, 2019 at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home, 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Saint John Baptist Church, 17080 South River Road , Woodford, Virginia 22580 with a viewing one  prior to the service. Reverend Irving Woolfolk, Jr. will be delivering the eulogy.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
