Russell B. Fields, Sr., 81, of Milford, Va., entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 24th at the Bowling Green Health & Rehab Center in Bowling Green.

He is survived by two sons: Raymond D. Fields of Chesapeake, Virginia and Russell B. Fields of Woodford, Virginia; five grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; two sisters: Helen Evans of Milford, Virginia and Mabel of Washington, D.C.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 30, 2012 at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia and one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Reedy Baptist Church, 15076 Dry Bridge Road, Ruther Glen, Virginia 22546. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
