Pearl Harris, 54, of Ruther Glen, Va., entered into eternal rest on May 26, 2009 at her residence in Ruther Glen, Virginia. Pearl was born January 14, 1955 to the late Richard and Sylvia Harris.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory; one son, Travis Harris, and two daughters, Tomeeka Harris and Tiesha Jackson, all of Ruther Glen, Virginia; two sisters, Marie Childs and her husband Ervin and Marian Gregory and her husband, James; two brothers, Richard Harris and his wife, Fannie and George Harris and his wife, Anna all of Ruther Glen, Virginia; three uncles, one aunt two nieces, five nephews, two devoted friends Sharon Brannan and James Jackson and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Friday, May 29, at C. W. Edwards Funeral, Inc., Bowling Green, Virginia and one hour before service at the church on Saturday.

A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, 21795 Mattaponi Trail, Shumansville, Virginia 22550, with Rev. Michael P. Parker delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
