Robinson
Jul 15, 1952 — Apr 30, 2026
Stafford
This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Psalm 118:24
Patricia Ami Robinson, 73, departed this life on Thursday, April 30, 2026, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age, however she rededicated her life to the Lord as an adult and attended Faith Christian Center World Outreach, Fredericksburg, Virginia and later returned to her home church Beulah Baptist Church, Woodford, Virginia. She loved the Lord Jesus; and did not have a problem serving Him. She served in various ministries alongside her church family. Always willing to lend a helping hand.
Pat was born on July 15, 1952, in Caroline County, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Wright, Jr., and Pauline C. Wright.
She attended Caroline County Public Schools. She worked with the FMC Plant, Steel Pack Plant, Horne's Restaurant, Holiday Inn-South, Petro Restaurant, Johnny Appleseed, and Shoney's. Her favorite job was owning her own in-home floral shop, "Design Just for U". She had a passion for making silk floral arrangements and became a master at it.
She is survived by a loving and devoted family, two sons, Casey Carter (Sabrina) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and Robert Carter (Latoya) of Ladysmith, Virginia; and one daughter, Theresa Walker (Linwood) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; one brother, Thomas Wright of Danville, Virginia; two sisters, Rebecca Coleman of Port Royal, Virginia and Jacqueline Jackson (Lewis) of Woodford, Virginia. Her heartbeats, her grandchildren, Brittany, Johanna, Akeem, Casie, Robert Jr., Tyler, and Darrell (DJ); nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, and one niece, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Her two best friends; friend and cousin since the crib, Evelyn "Doll" Wortham and friend since first grade (68 years), Elaine Latney.
As most of you know, Pat loved to give God a praise through dance and on Sunday morning, April 26th, she praised and danced her way into heaven. She went just the way she wanted to, "at the blink of an eye".
"But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and everything you have need of will be added unto you." Matthew 6:33
