Pamela Denise Vessels was born July 10, 1958 in Sparta, Virginia. She was the only child born to Rose Mae Roye and the late Otis Vessels. On Monday, February 27, 2017 God saw he needed another flower for His Garden, so He called Pam to fill that empty space.
Pam graduated from Cardoza High School in Washington, D. C. After high school, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland to live with her aunt and uncle (Cora and Joe Robinson) and attended Morgan State University. After college, she returned to Washington, D. C. where she was employed for several years in her professional field as an EKG Monitor Technician at Washington Hospital Center.
Pam was introduced to the Lord at an early age and was baptized at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Sparta, Virginia while living with her grandparents (the late Webster and Luvenia Roye). Later when Pam and her family moved to Dumfries, Virginia she attended First Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Dumfries, Virginia.
Pam was a loving mother and meant the world to her children. She was kind, loving and would do anything for anyone. She was a compassionate person who was always concerned about the well-being of others. She was a giving person constantly trying to make sure people were comfortable with a soothing word or a helping hand.
On Monday, the Lord said to Pam, well done good and faithful servant. On this date, she left us to be with the Lord. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her lifelong companion of 38 years,
