Olivia H. Deyo, 67, of Richmond, Virginia (formerly of King and Queen County) went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Retreat Hospice Unit, in Richmond.

Olivia accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was baptized at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Newtown, Virginia. She attended services faithfully and was a member of the Pastor's Aid Committee.

She was educated in the King and Queen County School System and graduated from Central High School in June 1964. She went on to marry her high school sweetheart, Andrew Deyo (Buck) on July 12, 1964 and from that union they were blessed with one child, Nicole Deyo.

Olivia was employed at Robinson & Harris Real Estate Company for over 25 years until her health failed. Her passion was softball and she was the manager of "The Terminators" formally known as "The Road Runners" for over 30 years. She also enjoyed bowling and was part of the First African Baptist Church bowling league with the "Buck N The Preachers."

Visitation will be held Friday, May 24, from noon to 8 p.m. at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 7820 Newtown Road, Newtown, Virginia and one hour before the service on Saturday at the church.

A homegoing celebration will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at First Mt. Olive with the Rev. Frederick Young officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery
