Lawrence Theodore Greene, 90, of Washington, DC passed away peacefully Friday, November 1, 2013.
He leaves behind his wife, Nellie Greene; four children, Joqucain, Dale, Veronica and Angela; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter; two brothers, Richard (Elizabeth) and Wallace (Margaret) Greene; one sister-in-law; one brother-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by four children, Shirley, Larry, Theodore and Marcus Kevin Greene.
A Viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9 followed by a celebration of life at 11 a.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 21180 Bagby Road, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427 with Rev. Jared Beasley officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
