John W. Richardson III, 62, husband of Thelma Jeter Richardson, of Fort
Washington, Maryland departed this life Friday February 11th at The Washington
Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.

He is survived by his wife, Thelma Jeter Richardson, in-laws Elsie and Rudolph Jeter, 3 daughters, Kaci Richardson and Christen Richardson-Gray both of
Richmond, Va, and Danielle Richardson of Cartersville, GA, one brother, Lancaster Richardson of Bowling Green, VA, 2 sisters, Rosemary Richardson-Hicks of Milford, VA, and Anne Johnson of Bowling Green, VA, a Stepdaughter, Nicole Glaudé of Fort Washington, MD, 2 aunts, 2 granddaughters, and 3 grandsons. He is predeceased by his parents, Virgie (Kit) and John W. Richardson, Jr (Mutt),
and a brother Billy Johnson and a stepson Brian Glaudé.

Viewing will be held Friday, February 18th from 12 noon – 8 P.M. at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home in Bowling Green, VA. and one hour before the service at church. The family will be receiving friends from 7-8 P.M. at the funeral home on Friday, February 18th.


Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 19th, at 2 P.M. at St. Stephens Baptist Church, 29436 Sparta Road, Milford, Virginia 22514.
