Joe Ann Parker-Coleman, 62, of Ruther Glen, Virginia slipped into eternal rest on March 18, 2014 at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.

She was the daughter of the late Johnny and Carlean Robinson Parker.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Deacon James B. Coleman, Sr.; son, Johnnie Keith Parker (Bridgette); daughter, Suzan Parker (Elwood); one sister, Susie Henderson of Hyattsville, Maryland; one brother, Jerry Parker of Stafford, Virginia and many other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, March 28, 2014 at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc., 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.  Viewing will also be at the church on Saturday beginning at 11:00 A.M.

Homegoing services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at St. John Baptist Church, 17080 South River Road, Woodford, Virginia 22580 with Rev. Dr. W. G. Berryman, Pastor, officiating and delivering the eulogy.

Interment will follow in the St. John Baptist Church Cemetery.
