On December 12, 2015, James "Jim" Robinson answered the call to be with our Lord and Savior in Glory. Born March 13, 1941 to John and Mildred Gardner Robinson in King William County, Virginia, Jim was an only child and a bachelor with no children.

Jim resided in Aylett, Virginia where he lived a full and quiet life. He did odd jobs in the neighborhood. Throughout his life his mother was always his thought of the day. He would not do anything contrary to his mother's teachings.

Jim was a kind person. He enjoyed cutting grass and driving the lawn mower. In addition, he would walk long distances and would get rides from neighbors and friends. Neighbors and friends gave Jim presents through out the years to improve his living conditions.

He leaves to celebrate his life, George and Elsie Janifer and other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Sunday, December 27, one hour prior to the celebration of life which will begin at 1:30 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church, 4570 Dorrell Road, Aylett, Virginia 23009. Rev. Evans C. White, pastor, will deliver the eulogy. Burial will be private.
