Hayward Purnell, 74, entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at his residence in Stafford County, Virginia.
A viewing will be held from noon until 8 p.m. Friday, March 4, at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427 and one hour before the service on Saturday at Warner Baptist Church, Falls Church, Virginia.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 5, at Warner Baptist Church, 3616 Lacy Boulevard, Falls Church, Virginia 22041.
Burial will take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 7, at Pleasant Valley Memorial Park, 8420 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, Virginia 22003.
