Gregory Benjamin "Howee" Howard, Sr., 56, of Woodford, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Envoy of Stratford Hills in Richmond, Virginia.

Gregory was the son of the late Bernice Jones Howard and Emmit G. Howard. He attended Caroline County Public Schools. At an early age he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and joined the band of Christians at Macedonia Baptist Church in Woodford, Virginia.

Leaving to cherish his memories are three children; one daughter, Ashey Nicole Howard, two sons, Gregory Benjamin Howard, Jr. and Xavier Montez Reynolds all of Spotsylvania; two loving sisters, Vivian and Patricia Howard of Woodford; one brother, Emmitt Howard of Woodford; two devoted nephews; Quincy O. Howard and DeAndre T. Howard of Woodford; three aunts, two great uncles; four great aunts and host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 11, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. with a homegoing service beginning at 2 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church, 7187 Macedonia Road, Woodford, Virginia 22580. Burial will be private.
