Gail A. Wilson, 39, formerly of Caroline County, departed this life on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at her home in Richmond.
She was born in California on July 8, 1969, to Barbara and David Wilson. She received her education in the Virginia public school system. She attended Caroline, but graduated from Courtland High School in Spotsylvania.
Gail leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Robert L. Wilson, of Richmond; two sons, Keenan Fields of Ashland and Jordan Wilson of the home; her mother, Barbara Childs and her husband, Bill of Ruther Glen; her father, David Wilson and his wife, Reva of Lowry; grandmother, Mary E. Childs; a devoted sister-in-law, Queenie Wilson of Richmond and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 5, from noon to 8 p.m. at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Bowling Green and one hour before service on Wednesday at the church.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, at St. John Baptist Church, 17080 South River Road, Woodford, Virginia 22580 with the Rev. Dr. W. G. Berryman delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery,
