Obituary

Frank McKinley Brown was born February 28,1954, to the late Frank & Matilda Brown. On July 6, 2017 Frank departed this life and quietly entered into eternal rest.

Frank was educated in Caroline County Schools and attended Woodwork Trade School where he learned the trade of cabinet making. Frank joined the United States Army and receieved a honorable discharge.

He accepted Christ as his personal Savior and joined Shiloh Baptist Church, Bowling Green, Virginia. Later in life, he moved his membership to St. James Baptist Church in Milford, Virginia and became very actively involved in various ministries.

His career included employment throughout the DC and Maryland areas where he became a steel erector and a certified welder. He was employed at RLC Technologies in Glen Allen, Virginia for seventeen years. He loved the sport of fishing and hunting. He was a member of The Extreme Bass Fishing Club and The Sunshine Hunt Club.

He married his childhood sweetheart, Sandra Latney, of 26 years. They raised two devoted sons, Merando (Shermeeka) and Jovan (Darcell) all of Ruther Glen, Virginia. He also leaves a loving mother-in-law, Virginia Latney; two sisters, Shirley Brown (Steve) and Delores Brown (Frankie); one aunt, Mildred Shepherd; three sisters-in-law, Ophelia Shepherd, Letisha Brown, Cheryl Syvester (Bill) and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends;
