Ernest Lee Walton, 75, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at his home in Woodford, Virginia. He was born November 14, 1940, to the late Rinda Mae Merriweather and Edgar Walton in Lawndale, North Carolina.
A viewing will be held from 11 to 12 noon on Saturday, January 30, at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc., 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427. with a celebration of life beginning at 12 noon. Rev. Christopher Stevens will deliver the eulogy. Interment will be follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wrightsville Road, Woodford, Virginia.
