Dominiek L. Foxx, a professional barber and avid lover of the Washington Redskins died unexpectedly on August 14, 2022, at the age of 46.

Dominiek was educated in Caroline County public schools. He would take his education and love  for cutting hair to the next level and become a master barber, working throughout Caroline, Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg areas. He enjoyed singing , joking around with friends, showing off that affectionate smile and just having a good time wherever he would be. While Dominiek enjoyed the fore mentioned things in life , his true love was for his family.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Edwin Thompson, his sister, Vonesha Foxx and Jerry Taylor who raised Dominiek as his son.

Dominiek is survived by his son, RonTrae Davis, RonTrae's  three children; Mason, Se'Khari and Neveah; his mother, Lenora Foxx; his brothers, Demarco Foxx (Tracey) of Louisa, Jerry Foxx of Bowling Green, and Manatino Mines of Richmond VA; his sister, Tonesha Foxx (Kay Kay) of Bowling Green VA.  Dominiek also leaves to cherish his memory  five aunts; Roberta Simms, Sherlene Anderson, Sylvia Foxx, Valarie Foxx, Pamela Fox and his uncle; Spencer Fox (Nikita);and a host of  nieces, nephews, cousins and  friends  among them his best friend Ricardo Morton.

Dominiek, or "Niek" as he was called by family and friends will be truly missed and the void he leaves will never be filled.

A walk through viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 2022 at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc; 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the funeral home with a viewing one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Wrightsville Road, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427.

Due to COVID-19 a mask or face covering will be required.
