Clyde Lorenzo Jones, 81 of Woodford, Virginia went home to be with his Lord and Savior early Monday morning, October 26, 2015 at his residence in Caroline County.

Lorenzo affectionately known as "Lo" or "Renzy" by family and friends was a humble and quiet man. Lorenzo had a loving and kind heart. He loved going to church and fellowship with his Beulah Church family. He loved people and enjoyed sharing stories about working as a cook in various restaurants

Lorenzo was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Beatrice Jones and his brother, Clarence Jones.

He leaves to cherish his memories, two sisters; Mary Childs of Ruther Glen, Virginia and Novarna Williams of Woodford, Virginia whom he resided with for over thirty years, four nieces; Ernestine Childs, Brenda Childs, Sandra Scott and Dale Washington (Leon), one nephew ,Dwain Williams (Kathy) and a host of great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends

A viewing will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Friday October 30, 2015 at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc.16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427 and one hour before the service at the church.

A funeral will be held at noon on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Beulah Baptist Church 5216 Arcadia Road Woodford, Virginia 22580.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
