Clyde R. Ferguson, 69, of Coatesville, Pennsylvania departed this life on Thursday, November 5, 2009, in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He is a former resident of Caroline County, Virginia.

Survivors includes his mother, Esther Maude Green Shepherd, one brother, Robert N. Ferguson, one sister, Doris Ferguson Pyles all of Bowling Green, Virginia; one step-daughter, Teneka Williams of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Clyde was preceded in death by his father, Warren Ferguson and a brother, Warren Ferguson, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13, from 1 to 8 p.m. at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc., 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, November 14, at the funeral home. Rev. Phil Wilkerson will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow at Second Baptist Church Cemetery in Ruther Glen.
