Clarence Allen Rollins Jr. of Caroline County, VA, 65, passed away on January 5, 2024. He was born to the late Clarence Allen Rollins Sr. and Carrie Catherine Rollins on December 20, 1958, in Caroline County, Virginia.

Clarence "Junie" attended Caroline County public schools until he decided to work at Williamsburg Mill. He worked there for many years until his journey to Washington, D.C. Later returning to Virginia he resided with his oldest sister, Diane Mills. He was a gifted man in the field of a handyperson, and many in his community knew. He was the one who would build it, if you asked, a doll house for his niece, a closet for his neighbor, and a shed with his dad. He was a loving person to many who knew him. We will miss him for his side-tilt smile and his kind heart.

Clarence was preceded in death by one loving daughter, Angelina D. Winston, and two devoted sisters, Ernestine Smith and Cynthia Edwards.

He is survived by his loving grandchildren Tyrese Winston, Aliyah Johnson, Aiyana Johnson, and Cahlil Johnson. His siblings Carrie Mills (Viriginia), Alice (James) Myers (Viriginia), and Thomas Rollins (Arizona), his brother-in-law, Alphonso Edwards and Phillip Smith, one uncle and six aunts; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc., 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427 with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
