Charlie Harvey Hudson, Sr., 80, of Milford, Va. entered into eternal rest on Jan. 24, 2011.

He is survived by three daughters; Synthia A. Parker, Kathy Maiden, and Sharen McBee, two sons; Charlie H. Hudson, Jr. and Calvin Hudson, one sister; Pauline Young, one brother; Clarence Hudson, 23 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, three sons in law, two daughters in law, a devoted companion; Cynthia Lindsey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 28th, from 12noon to 8pm at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home, 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Va., 22427. Funeral service will be on Saturday, Jan 29th, at 1:00pm, Jerusalem Baptist Church, 21180 Bagby Rd, Sparta, Va., 22552 . Rev. Jared S. Beasley will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.
