Charles Lee Duncan's Obituary
Charles Lee Duncan, 79, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 4, 2013, at his home in Ruther Glen, Virginia.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 15, from noon to 8 p.m. at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home and one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Second Baptist Church, 26725 Ruther Glen Road, Ruther Glen, Virginia 22546 with Rev. Dr. Arthur N. Werts, Pastor, delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
