Blanche E. Anderson 91, of Bowling Green, Virginia entered into eternal rest on , Monday, December 23, 2019 at her residence. Born October 14, 1928 in Anderson Town on Ruther Glen Road.

Blanche was an active person with a great personality and never complained. She always looked forward to going to the Caroline Community Services Center which she called school. She loved visiting different churches in the area; Second Baptist Church, Reedy Baptist Church and Bethel Baptist Church, always escorted by her nephew, Marvin whom she loved dearly. Later in life she was blessed with a caregiver, Mrs. LaVerne Gwaltney, who accompanied her daily.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Annie Anderson; her son, Henry; five brothers, Charles Lee, James, Walter, Andrew and Wilbur; two sisters, Dot and Naomi; one sister in law, Shirley.

She is survived by two sisters in law, Virgie and Magdalene Anderson who faithfully cared for her over fifty years; several nieces and nephews, two dedicated, Marvin and Curtis and a host of other family and friends.

A viewing will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2020 at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc; 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc.
