Beatrice A. Burruss' Obituary
Beatrice A. Burruss, 75, of Ruther Glen, Virginia, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 15, at Retreat Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.
Beatrice was born January 4, 1937, to the late John H. Brown, Sr. and Lottie Taylor Brown.
Visitation will be held from noon to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2012, at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427. A viewing will also be held one hour before the service on Saturday at the church.
A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 21, at Mt. Salem Baptist Church, 16170 Moores Mill Road, Ruther Glen, Virginia 22546. The Rev. Dr. Bernard Goode will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
