Alicia Whilden Delthine White Foxx was born on March 7, 1963, Richmond, Virginia, and left this life on earth to be with her Lord on May 23, 2022.

Alicia's early schooling included schools in the Caroline County School System.  After graduating from Caroline High School, she continued her education at the ECPI University and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia pursing a degree in Business Management. Since 1989, Alicia worked for the United States Department of Labor and served as Pension Law Specialist.  She received many awards for her outstanding performance and service and was recognized as one of the brightest and best senior leaders in the organization. Alicia also founded Heavenly Creations Wedding and Event Planning with special friends, Laverne Anderson and Kathy "Tiny" Maiden. Her incredible decorator skills, amazing results and design process were highly praised by her clients.

Everyone who really knew Alicia knew that she loved the Lord with all her heart, mind, and soul, and she was a dedicated Christian servant.  Alicia joined and was baptized at the Mount Salem Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher and director of the children's choir. She later joined the Third Mount Zion Baptist Church where she actively participated and served as a faithful member of the Music Ministry, Youth Ministry Council and Women's Ministry Leadership Team.

A dedicated community servant, Alicia was involved in several local organizations over the years. She joined Order of Eastern Star, PHA in 2019 with Hannah Chapter #26 in Chesterfield and transferred to Welcome Chapter #129 in Bowling Green, VA in December 2019 to be closer to home. Alicia was also an exceptional actress, portraying several characters for live stage plays and on the screen for the SiMMs Production and Services, LLC.  One of her most memorable roles was her portrayal of a songstress in the 2014 stage play, What if God is Unhappy.  Alicia also played an integral role in the first season of the web series, House of Sharks.

Alicia always had a strong love and commitment for family.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and devoted friend to anyone whom she encountered.  Alicia had a kind way of making life especially nice for others.  To know her was to know someone special for she was never too busy to do a thoughtful deed, lend an ear, or bring joy and laughter to family and friends.  Alicia left a lasting impression on every person that was blessed to cross her path – her presence added something invaluable to the world, she brought joy to those who loved her, and her sweet spirit touched the hearts of everyone who was around her.  Alicia's life was an amazing gift from God and one that we will forever treasure.

She was predeceased by – her grandparents, Eliza Brown and Reverend Nathanial Brown, uncle, Sylvester Brown and brother, Charles White.

Alicia leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy, her two children Vicheal Foxx, Jr. and Victoria Foxx; her mother Geneva Green; three grandchildren, Vicheal "Tripp" Foxx, III, Charla Wrae Willis and Maverick Foxx; Godchildren, Kayla Brown and Bentley Bundy; brothers David Green, Nelson Green (Demetria Anderson), Keenan Brown (Rose) and Kevin Brown (Sheryl); five aunts, Ilene Brown, Urcell Coleman (Phillip), Vernia Brown, Vearline Brown, and Sandra Brown; ex-husband and friend Vicheal Foxx, Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Third Mount Zion Baptist Church, 9132 Fredericksburg Turnpike, Woodford, Virginia 22580 at 1:00 PM
